XIAOMI Charge Only 17 Minutes of Battery

Xiaomi's complementary gadget technology continues to be developed. This time the technology company based in China showed off its newest, faster charger technology.

In posts on Weibo, the President of Xiaomi Lin Bin shows a maximum 100W Xiaomi power charger (20V / 5A). This battery is bigger than Oppo's SuperVOOC.

Quoted from the GSMArena page, recently, in the video posted by Bin it was seen that Xiaomi's new charger could fully charge a cellphone with a 4,000 mAh battery in 17 minutes. In the same duration, SuperVOOC can only charge cellphones with a capacity of 3,700 mAh as much as 65 percent.

Huawei actually also has a fast charger - called Super Charge - which is used on the Mate X. Super Charge technology is a maximum power of 55W, and claimed to take 35 minutes to charge the phone to the full. But Mate X is currently not officially on the market.

The jump of a charger of 100W is very high for Xiaomi. Because their fastest charger currently only has 27W of power, and even this charger is not included in the Mi 9 sales package. Xiaomi flagship phones are only equipped with an 18W charger in the sales package.

It is not yet known when Xiaomi will start selling new chargers called the Super Charge Turbo. But that seems to be known when Xiaomi officially releases it in the near future.
